Simulator Use – Terms & Conditions

By entering the premises and/or using the golf simulators at Digital Links Golf Studio, all guests agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Failure to follow these terms may result in removal from the facility without refund.

1. GENERAL USE AGREEMENT

  • Golf simulators involve inherent risks, including being struck by golf clubs or golf balls.
  • You agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions at all times.
  • You accept responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others in your group.
  • Digital Links Golf Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow safety guidelines.

 

2. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

  • Only the active player may be inside the hitting area.
  • All other guests must stay clear of the hitting zone while a player is swinging.
  • Always be aware of your surroundings before swinging.
  • Do not swing a club unless the hitting area is clear.
  • Practice swings must be controlled and safe.
  • Running or horseplay is strictly prohibited.

 

3. EQUIPMENT CARE AND DAMAGE

  • Use only approved golf balls and equipment provided or permitted by Digital Links Golf Studio.
  • Avoid striking screens, walls, ceilings, or simulator components intentionally.
  • Do not tamper with simulator hardware or software.
  • Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or reckless behavior may result in financial responsibility for repair or
    replacement costs.

 

4. FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY

  • No outside alcohol is permitted on the premises.
  • Food and drinks must be kept away from simulator equipment.
  • Guests must clean up spills immediately or notify staff.

 

5. ALCOHOL SERVICE

  • Service may be refused to any guest showing signs of intoxication.
  • Intoxicated guests may be required to leave the premises.
  • Unsafe behavior related to alcohol consumption will result in removal without refund.

 

6. SUPERVISION OF MINORS

  • Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
  • Adults are responsible for ensuring minors follow all safety rules.
  • Children must remain clear of the hitting area unless actively supervised.

 

7. BOOKING AND TIME USE

  • Simulator time begins and ends according to the scheduled booking.
  • Late arrivals do not extend booking time.
  • Guests must vacate the simulator bay promptly at the end of their reserved time.

 

8. LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

  • Golf simulator use carries risks of injury.
  • Digital Links Golf Studio is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow rules or unsafe behavior.
  • Guests assume responsibility for personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from misuse of equipment or
  • failure to follow safety procedures.

 

9. PERSONAL PROPERTY

  • Digital Links Golf Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

 

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

  • Digital Links Golf Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in an unsafe, disruptive, or
  • disrespectful manner.
  • No refunds will be issued for removal due to rule violations.
